Outpatient Therapist

Hiawatha, KS

(Two Hiawatha openings for this role!)

Kanza Mental Health & Guidance Center is seeking full-time or part-time qualified mental health professionals licensed by the Kansas BSRB (LSCSW, LMSW, LCPC, LPC, LCMFT, LMFT, LMLP, LCP) to provide individual and family therapy services on an outpatient basis to children, families, and adults. We have office locations in Hiawatha, Holton, Sabetha, Seneca, and Troy and work with area schools. Hours are Monday-Friday with limited crisis work as needed.

$2500 sign-on bonus with competitive salary ranging from $50-$65,000 based on experience. Excellent benefits package, $500 yearly educational stipend, flexible work schedule, options for telehealth work, clinical supervision for advanced licensure, and loan forgiveness. EOE.

Crisis Clinician (In-Office or Telehealth position)

Hiawatha, KS

Our Outpatient Department seeks to fill the role of a full-time Crisis Clinician. To be considered for this position, candidates must be licensed by the Kansas BSRB as a qualified mental health professional (LSCSW, LMSW, LCPC, LPC, LCMFT, LMFT, LMLP, LCP). The Crisis Clinician is primarily responsible for the direct delivery of the full range of crisis services at Kanza Mental Health and Guidance Center.

Child Case Manager

Holton and 

Hiawatha, KS

Our Community Based Services Department is ready to onboard two Children's Case Managers. This person will work with children and their families to provide access to applicable resources to meet the individual's needs.

 

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Human Services and/or four years of education/experience in the Human Services field. Starting wage is $15/hour. EOE.

Adult Case Manager

Holton, KS

Kanza Mental Health and Guidance Center is looking to fill the position of an Adult Case Manager. This person will assist consumers in connecting with resources to best meet the individual's needs.

 

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Human Services and/or four years of education/experience in the Human Services field. Starting wage is $15/hour. EOE.

Certified Medical Assistant

Hiawatha, KS

(Commute to Holton Office one day per week via company car)

The role of the Kanza's Certified Medical Assistant will work directly with Medical Director, Psychiatrist, and Nurse Practitioner to provide direct patient care as well as follow up as needed.

 

Candidates must have licensure as a Certified Med Aide within the State of Kansas and Basic Life Support Certification. Starting wage is $15/hour. EOE.

Nurse Care Coordinator

Hiawatha, KS

The Nurse Care Coordinator will work within the Community Supports Services Team in providing patient care coordination, outreach, and wellness visits to youth and adults receiving Kanza behavioral health services. They will also work to provide care coordination to individuals identified with high-risk health factors and co-occurring disorders who may benefit from outreach and other community resources that can help improve health outcomes and quality of life.

 

Candidates must have active licensure as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Kansas, as well as current BLS/CPR certifications. At least two years of experience in providing direct patient care in an outpatient setting required. Starting wage is $17/hour. EOE.
