Human Resources Professional - FULL TIME

Kanza Mental Health & Guidance Center is seeking an experienced Human Resources Professional.

This individual should be energetic, outgoing, motivated, organized, and have good communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have at a minimum a bachelors in a business-related field and at least 3 years Human Resources experience. Duties will include administering employee benefits including health, dental, and life insurance and 403(b), recruiting, onboarding, workers compensation, and records retention.

Crisis Liaison - FULL TIME

Kanza is looking to fill the full-time position of Crisis Liaison. This person will assist in coordinating crisis situations, triage phone calls, coordinate services both internally and with other facilities, and maintain contact with partner agencies. Minimum of a high school diploma required and at least one year's experience working in mental health or similar field preferred. Location: Hiawatha Office. Hours: Monday-Friday.

Mental Health Professional - FULL TIME or PART TIME

Kanza is seeking full-time or part-time qualified mental health professionals licensed by the Kansas BSRB (LSCSW, LMSW, LCPC, LPC, LCMFT, LMFT, LMLP, LCP) to provide individual and family therapy services on an outpatient basis to children, families, and adults. We have office locations in Hiawatha, Holton, Sabetha, Seneca, and Troy and work with area schools. Hours are Monday-Friday with limited crisis work as needed. 

 

$2500 sign-on bonus with competitive salary and benefits package, $500 yearly educational stipend, flexible work schedule, options for telehealth work, clinical
supervision for advanced licensure, and loan forgiveness.

Mental Health Professional - FULL TIME

Kanza is seeking full-time qualified mental health professionals licensed by the Kansas BSRB (LSCSW, LMSW, LCPC, LPC, LCMFT, LMFT, LMLP, LCP) to complete Quality Assurance activities such as utilization reviews, investigations, training of agency staff.


The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in a community mental health care setting. Experience in quality improvement and risk management is preferred.


$2500 sign-on bonus, flexible work schedule, clinical supervision for advanced licensure, loan

Front Office - FULL TIME

Kanza Mental Health & Guidance Center has an immediate, full-time job opportunity for a Front Desk/Receptionist in our Hiawatha office location. We are seeking an outgoing and motivated individual with previous experience working in a fast-paced office setting. The ideal candidate would have demonstrated skills in professionalism, communication, multi-tasking, flexibility, and teamwork. This position will greet clients, answer phones, schedule appointments, check clients in and out of the office, and provide administrative support for the Center staff. Previous experience working in a medical practice or similar field is a plus, with experience using multi-phone systems and electronic medical records. The candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Benefits include paid healthcare coverage, generous sick/vacation leave, and performance bonuses.
