We offer a sliding fee scale for individuals who qualify, based on household size, income, and insurance arrangement.

Those who are eligible for sliding fee scale are those without any health insurance who live or work in Brown, Doniphan, Jackson or Nemaha counties.

How to use the sliding fee scale: 

• Find your household size in the first column

• Follow that line to your household income

• Look at the "Fee For Service" line to determine your payment per service visit
