Kanza Mental Health & Guidance Center is seeking full-time or part-time qualified mental health professionals licensed by the Kansas BSRB (LSCSW, LMSW, LCPC, LPC, LCMFT, LMFT, LMLP, LCP) to provide individual and family therapy services on an outpatient basis to children, families, and adults. We have office locations in Hiawatha, Holton, Sabetha, Seneca, and Troy and work with area schools. Hours are Monday-Friday with limited crisis work as needed.
$2500 sign-on bonus with competitive salary ranging from $50-$65,000 based on experience. Excellent benefits package, $500 yearly educational stipend, flexible work schedule, options for telehealth work, clinical supervision for advanced licensure, and loan forgiveness. EOE.
Director of Finance
The Director of Finance and Accounting is responsible for the overall accounting and financial administration of the Center and provides accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis for the CEO and leadership team to best understand the overall health of the organization and drive strategic decisions. Assumes responsibility for the day-to-day administration of the accounting operations and ensures that legal and audit requirements are met and that best practices and maximum efficiency are obtained.
Candidates must have an Accounting Degree at the bachelor's level or higher. Certified Public Accountant preferred. Must have at least 5+ years of general accounting experience with progressive responsibilities in a small-midsize company. Must be able to provide timely and accurate monthly and year-end fiscal reporting. Must have at least 1+ years of supervisory experience of an accounting or bookkeeping team.
Salary range from $65-80,000 based on experience. EOE.
The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting clients and visitors, answering telephones, directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, as well as providing other administrative supports. The position will require work within Holton and Hiawatha Offices.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or the equivalent. Starting wage is $12/hour. EOE
Mobile Crisis Responder
(Full-time/Part-time/PRN possibilities, overnights 10pm-6am, plus weekends and holidays)
The primary function of the Mobile Crisis Responder is to assist individuals who are experiencing a mental health crisis in a safe and supportive way in the community setting, as part of a mobile crisis response team of licensed therapists, case managers, and peer support specialists. The purposed of this position and team is to provide timely response, support, and compassion for individuals in our service region (Kanza office, local hospital, local law enforcement, local school, or home setting) who could be stabilized with wraparound Kanza supports or who may require a higher level of care.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or the equivalent and must be 21 years or older and have two years of experience working with individuals with mental health or substance use disorders. Starting wage is $15/hour. EOE
