Supported Housing Services

Supported Housing helps individuals experiencing mental health challenges access and maintain safe, stable housing within the community. Services focus on helping individuals navigate housing options, build independent living skills, and develop the tools needed to successfully maintain housing over time.

Support may include assistance with housing searches, understanding lease agreements, connecting with community resources, improving daily living skills, and overcoming barriers that may affect long-term housing stability. Supported Housing services are available to anyone seeking assistance with housing-related goals, regardless of participation in other agency services.
